The old bathroom will be dismantled and taken skipping, replaced with a bath, toilet and pedestal sink. The bara mixer taps will combine the extremes of hot and cold into a smooth warm froth, and 25sq yards of the bathroom floor will be left gleaming with ceramic tile, reflecting the 25ft of a marble mosaic border. All plumbing and labour is included, as well as a skip for rubbish, and the job is expected to take 5 to 7 working days. There is also an option to install a shower instead of the bath (€210) or upgrade to a white vanity unit and sink (€109).

Joey the lips

The deal is a standard deal. You dont get the bathroom in the picture and you pay for upgrades. Its great for an investor house ie renting but only standard for yourself.

Better sourcing the trades and products independly.

I done this for years. Drogheda Cabra naas tile also do it, Allied tile...the list goes on and on and on.
