Hi there just wondering if any of you know where we could source locally produced honey in and around Dublin if such a thing exists.

Over the past couple of months I've bought honey in Gerry's Supermarket in Skerries that was made in Loughshinny (3km away) & recently at a farmers market that was made in Lusk (8km away).

I don't know what is available in other Dublin areas.

You should be able to source it, the Dublin Beekeepers Assoc. is one of the bigger in the country.
info@dublinbees.org should be able to hook you up with someone local to you.

But yeah, farmers markets etc are a good bet too, but schedule wise may not be what you need.

    Hi Gandalf
The County Dublin Beekeepers soc will be holding their annual show on the 5th of Nov in Rathgar... AFAIK there will also be honey on sale. :)

The Hopsack in the Swan Centre sells Rathgar honey, a little pricey but it looks delicious!
