We have just heard that the developer is going into receivership and be wound up. We have not ben taken in charge yet. The word is that the receivers have 'no interest' in anything like organising such things.

Are they legally bound to do this or as they claim just deal with the sale of assets and other business mtters?

On an even worse note we dont have any bond because the local authority accepted a written 'promise to pay note' from the CIF. Sort of like an insurance policy. The CIF have confirmed that they have no intention of paying out a cent on this as it has expired.

Are the local coco now liable/responsible to pay for this?

    help!!!

I presume something along the lines of this (depending on your county) has to be submitted. However unsure what happens if the developer packs it in..
