A friend of mine is having an issue with his P.C. He downloaded a movie last night and his system won't allow him to delete the folder that it came in. Further the file is on the desktop and now all that happens is the Windows Explorer keeps restarting. The computer won't allow him to do anything all that appears is a dialog box saying "Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working"

    Any help would be appreciated

Im guessing it's an MKV file container and that his system is windows 7.

In that case download Lockhunter to fix or delete the folder or file.
