Holding Deposit

    Hey Boarders...

    So, I've recently put a holding deposit on a property (about 20% of the full deposit) and the property advert has been renewed.

    Is this normal until the full deposit is given?

    Just wondering, don't want to lose an amazing place :)

    Is this to buy a property?

    If so, was your offer made on condition the property was removed from the market and not advertised further??

    Sorry, I should have made it more clearer. It's for a rental property and we were told no one else could take it.
