Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Came across this Principia Carbon frameset while at work this afternoon:pac:.

    It looks like a nice frame for Planet-X type money.

    Anyone know anything about them? I know the Kelly An Post team used their bikes at one stage but not much more!

    My credit card is getting very itchy just looking at it:pac:!

    Principia are a premium frame manufacturer that charge premium prices. Sean Kelly was riding one this time last year when the local bunch were spinning out our way. I don't know a hell of a lot about carbon frames but I suspect that's decent enough value especially when you consider the priceless snob factor next to your buddy on his Planet X.

    The SKT were riding them for a year, but as Kelly has always said if he's asked who makes the best bike, whatever bike manufacturer he's paid to ride.

    Now, come on? Who's bashing Planet-X? They're not as good value as they used to be but they are still great bikes at a great price. You could say they're the Toyota of bikes but what's wrong with wanting a Porsche?
