    Hello,

I'm a freelance journalist and I'm currently writing a piece for the Evening Echo on vocational/practical degrees versus traditional degrees (like history, medicine, law, engineering).

I was hoping to interview someone who has either studied culinary arts, bar management or tourism studies at CIT or a current student.

    PM if you are interested,

    Thanks

    Attracta Mooney

The Press Office in CIT are always good for finding students willing to give interviews.

I know CIT pride themselves in having state of the art facilities for those disciplines and also having highly trained and award winning students. I'd recommend making a booking for the student training restaurant to see them in action. The food and service they provide is five star. http://www.cit.ie/currentnews?id=272

Might be worth talking to these students also who recently won awards:

Do you go to CIT yourself (real name or pseudonym)?
