I don't know about either but Three have the best deal out of any network, when you top up by €20 you get €10 free and then for the next 30 days you have free calls to three numbers all the time, free weekend calls to everyone, free texts to everyone all the time and unlimited internet.

coverage is bad i cant understand it they were brilliant when i had it two years ago but now its useless only 1 bar coverage
