exterior sliding doors v's bi-folding exterior

Hi, new to this so be gentle.... extending the house next spring and trying to decide on exterior doors. Anyone have experience good/bad with exterior bi-folding doors and or sliding doors? thanks :)

the stresses and strains on bi-doors are severe so I dont like them. Straight sliding with good rollers every time:)
