When is my ban up?

I got banned from the soccer access requests thread a few months back and was given a 3 month ban, I'm sure this would be up by now. The mod in question is no longer a mod so how do I get back? I already PM'd the mod an got no reply?

According to the ban message, you were banned for three months on August 21st ... which means it will expire in & around November 21st.

The ban should be cleared automatically, when the time is up.
