Smyths have the 12" for 99.99 and the 16" for 119.99 so id say 109.99 is going to be the standard price everywhere.

There are a few bikes on argos 12 inch for girls on special

Silverfox reduced from € 140 to €70

Raleigh € 86.44 from € 135

might be an alternative if hello kitty is not a must.
