    We had a kitchen installed in April and since then we have had loads of problems and untold issues with contacting the company.

    Have we comeback as the kitchen is less than a year old?
    Can we get our money back?

    One of the doors came off the carcass!

    You would not be entitled to your money back straight away, firstly you have to approach the kitchen company with a list of demands regarding repair/replacing the faulty portions of the kitchen. All letters should be sent by registered post and copies kept.. give them a reasonable amount of time 10 working days to sort it out if not then tell them that you will go to the small claims court, be advised that the limit in small claims is €2000

    when u say the door came off...did i do any damage that means the hinge could not be put back on? Did you try to put it back on yourself?
