Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is there every any provision to defer a direct debit payment? my payment is due to come out this thursday, the 27th. i get paid on Monday the 31st, is there any way i can defer payment til then? I don't think i will have it on thursday to be honest, and i don't want to get hit with the admin fee from esb and the bank. thanks in advance

    Hi millivanilli,

While it would be too late to prevent our system from attempting to collect the direct debit if it is due this Thursday (we would need 5/6 working days notice), if you contact your bank and ask them to mark the payment 'not due', that should avoid you being charged any fees.

When a direct debit is returned unpaid, the system defaults to collecting it a fortnight later; if you have a more specific date in mind however, please feel free to PM me and I can arrange to have it deferred accordingly.

    Thanks,

    David.
