Lay solid wood floor

Does anyone have any idea how much it would cost to lay a solid wood floor in Cork. Room if 12 feet x 11 feet. I have the flooring but need someone to lay it.

anyting from 15 to 20 euro a sqm should be in around 280 to 320 maybe a bit more if your taking skirting of and puting back on thats what it is in co.louth but it shouldnt be to far out
