I dropped out of college after first year I was studying Computing level 7 DKIT. I am currently on Job Seekers Allowance. I'm going to re-apply to do Business and Adminstration in DKIT next September. September next (2012) i'll be on the dole nearly 12 months. Will I be eligible for the BTEA. I'm 18 years old btw

afraid not, I think its 18 months you have to be receiving JSA if you are under 21.
