Quick question. My girlfriend is filling out her annual application for a medical card but she recently moved from Roscommon to Waterford and changed her doctor, while also working down here now. The health board sent her out the form for renewal but im wondering should she be applying to the South Eastern Health Board instead?

Anytime I ever applied for a medical card (never ever managed to get one) the application went to Finglas, and I live in Cork. I think everything is centralised now.
