Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

ESB - Gas Bill Query

    I just checked my account online as I noticed I hadn't received my gas bill via e-mail yet. My last gas bill was August 24th however it says my next bill is not due until December 13th!!!

    I'm hoping this is a mistake as I dont want to be saddled with a 4 month gas bill just before Christmas. Can anyone from ESB clarify please?

    Hi YumDeiseMum,

    Bills should always be issued every two months, unless otherwise requested. This seems unusual so we will check it for you - we would just require the following for clarification and data protection/security purposes:

    - The account number
    - The name/address of the account-holder
    - The telephone number on the account
    - The date of birth of the account-holder
    - Confirmation that you are the named account-holder
