    I have my own site and i was wondering what kind of price i would be looking at to build a bungalow would anyone here know?

    Anything from €80 per sqft upwards is a very very rough guide but remember that 80% of mortgage applications are being refused ATM so make sure that you have plenty of room to manouver with finances before setting out the mansion
