Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there

I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment and i have estimated billing.

The last few bills have been extremely high (i think) so i'm going to give a meter reading tomorrow (when i get access to the meter)

IF i am due a refund, is it taken off my future bills, or Will it be refunded.

If i owe extra money, Is that added to the next bill?

And, Can i have a free umbrella? :)

    Joe

When you give a meter reading a corrected bill will issue. If the meter reading is lower that the estimates it will cancell the last bill (or any other bills with higher estimated readings). If a credit is due it can go towards the next bill or br given as a cheque refund. If there is a debit you will have to pay within 14 days as the corrected bill functions as a normal bill just not in accordacne with the normal billing cycle.

Hi Joe. And thanks for posting that info, 234. :)

If you like, Joe, you can submit the meter reading to me by private message and we can have a look at the account?

In addition to the meter reading, the account number, name/address of the account-holder, date of birth of the account-holder, and phone number on the account would be required for clarification and data protection/security purposes. And confirmation that you are the named account-holder.

Regarding the brolly: I'll ask. :)

    All the best,
    Una
