IT work experience for TY student

Folks, Are there any IT places in Galway that would do 1 weeks work experience for a 16 year old? My bro in law has to do this as part of his TY and he cant come in to my place as its not allowed - he's a really great kid and Id love to be able to help him out.

Try the government departments in the city
http://www.metalogic.ie/ is in Galway
Cisco has a place outside Galway - you can see it from the train Oranmore area I think
