Meteor cant discuss upgrade ???

    hi folks..

    Having a few problems with Meteor at the moment but wont go into them

    Do wanna ask one thing though.. Im tryin to weigh up my options on the iphone4/s and as my contract (well, the missus contract) is up in 5 weeks i asked her to ring and find out what price an upgrade will be.

    she was told they cant discuss an upgrade price untill 1 month before her contract is up..

    is this normal?
