Blocking content at specific times

I share my network with a family member who sometimes chokes the network in the evening watching movies through his xbox(Zune) or watching youtube.

Is there any software I can use to restrict Zune/Youtube at specific times in the evening or traffic shape those sites? I know I can use Opendns but that will prevent me from looking at youtube if I wanted to.

His xbox is wired to the router so I might be able to block Zune with Opendns? Onlines games are fine.

    Any help appreciated thanks

You'll need a better router that does QOS and/or bandwidth shaping

This came up a few weeks ago on another thread to prevent kids surfing on their iphones late at night - check back in the history to see what you find..
