    Hey, just a question about the application for the USMLEs.. What other forms do you send away with the application? Also, where do you go with the forms in UCD? The programme office wasn't able to tell me! Thanks very much.

    The only that needs to be sent is the ECFMG form (form 182 I think its called), the one you put your photograph with.
    This needs to be sent by the official in your school of medicine that deals with ECFMG forms.
    I'm not sure what a programmes office I'm sure your med school could let you know who the ECFMG official is for UCD.
