Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Boiler Service no show

Booked and paid for a boiler service for today. I have heard nothing from ESB/service person about coming or not coming today. Very poor service from ESB

rang this morning and it appears the person put it in for 2nd of November instead of next Wednesday as I was told on the phone.

No supervisor to talk to as I feel I shouldn't have to pay €69 for the service as if I did that I would be charged extra so why not ESB?
