Well I might be able to tell you how I feel about Ireland, but I have no idea how you or anyone else feels about it.

As to rationality, my day seemed quite reasonable so far and all the people I met seemed rational enough, but how to judge the rationality of a country is a bit difficult. Maybe you could give us a few clues as to how to judge the rationality of a country.
