    Has anyone received the finalized new regulations which are coning into place in Jan 2012 for importing Dog/Cats into Ireland? Does anyone know if Lissenhall will still be involved and can anyone explain why Blood samples are no longer required from Low Risk Countries?????? I can't seem to get any finalized information and I checked their website and still does not explain properly -
