Waiting For Eircom

    Hi,

    I have ordered eircom ngb 8mb from a door to door rep about 3 weeks ago and was told it would take 2 working weeks at a maximum (took this with a pinch of salt). However with no word after 3 weeks we customer support and apparently there is no record of the order. This is not satisfactory as we need it installed for work and one person staying in the house is doing a masters by distance in the evenings. We are not happy and if this is the standard of their service could we cancel now penalty free?
