    Doing the Magnusson / Ortmayer routine for deads and it's a savage program - the volume takes getting used to. I was just reading some lads log and he's doing it for both deads and squats. It looks like he's made some decent gains on both, although he's unfortunately stopped logging.

    Anyone here done it for squats before?
