Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Electronic transfer question

    Hi there

In my job we're paid from abroad, officially on the last day of the month but in reality it jumps around the last 2-3 business days from month to month, which is really annoying and makes it hard to know when to set direct debits and things like that. We were expecting to get paid today seeing how Monday (the 31st) is a bank holiday but we weren't, so does anyone know if the banks process electronic transfers on bank holidays (I presume they don't)?

    Thanks

    L

The next processing day is Tuesday 1st.

However there is an overnight update tonight and then nothing until Tuesday's overnight update.

    Check your account Saturday morning.

EDIT - another way of explaining it is.

"What you see being debited or credited from your bank account on a Monday morning has been there since the overnight update on Friday".

As Monday is a bank holiday the principle applies for Tuesday.
