Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Personally, I can't see the point of a one hour 'Best Of' of The Last Word on a Saturday morning - it's out of date by then. In fact, the whole Saturday morning schedule up to lunch time could do with a re-vamp.

Yup, and a lot of us are listening to the Last Word live anyway.

Sundays is cack too. That Sunday business show should be axed. It's ****. Plus Jim O'Neill's oldies thing. It was good for a while but it's a bit pants now.

Has Willie O'Reilly already left the station as CEO?

He takes up a new job at RTÉ as their Group Commercial Director.

They should move their buisness show to Saturday at 10 although it's getting good figures as it is now, Anton Savage is taking over from Smyth. Sunday afternoon is fine as it is most people have RTE on with the sport and Today FM have a niche market to themselves.

That Tim Kelly has to be the most annoying guy on Today FM, with his cringeworthy joks to the newsreaders that only he finds funny.

Best news ever right there in bold......Sam Smyth's show was a yawnfest and love-in with the likes of Mary O'Rourke allowed to spout inconsistent waffle unchallenged.

Anton Savage should be really good in that slot, as he's been brilliant (better than the main hosts?) on both the Ray Darcy show and The Last Word when filling in.

Anton Savage is muck. The Sunday Business Show is easily the best of the three running (actually is RTEs still going?).

Can't stand Anton Savage, hate it when he stands in for MC on the Last Word.
