Not sure if this has been mentioned here but I'm really looking forward to this. I saw their 2005 gig at the Olympia and it was just brilliant. Lisa Gerrard live is a special experience.

Venerable 4AD group Dead Can Dance will reunite for the second time since disbanding in the late 1990s to record its first new album in 16 years and set out next year on an “extensive two-month world tour including dates in Asia, Australasia and South America,” the band announced this week.
On the forum on his official site, bandmember Brendan Perry writes, “I have been talking with Lisa Gerrard this past week with regard to recording a new DCD album this coming winter. We hope to complete the album by the summer of 2012 and then embark on an extensive two-month world tour in late 2012.”
Having split in 1998 while attempting to record the follow-up to 1996′s Spiritchaser, Perry and Gerrard reunited the hard-to-classify Dead Can Dance in 2005 for a world tour. Since then, each has recorded solo albums, and Perry is about to support his latest by touring the U.S. later this spring with ex-Cocteau Twins member Robin Guthrie.

I'd be very surprised if they didn't play here. They record in Quivvy Church up in Cavan.
