Upside Down: The Creation Records Story
The turbulent history of the label, which was founded in 1983 and went on to release records by acts including My Bloody Valentine, the Jesus and Mary Chain, Ride, Super Furry Animals, Oasis, Primal Scream, Teenage Fanclub and the Boo Radleys, before folding in 2000. The film charts how Creation grew from a small-scale operation in Glasgow to one of the biggest independent labels in the history of the UK music industry, and co-founder Alan McGee is among the interviewees who recall its many successes and failures

followed by Creation at the BBC archive show and then a profile of Alan McGee
