Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Could anyone translate this for me:

    開封 箱イタミ PVC完成品

    Basically, I'm trying to buy a 2nd hand figure and I need to know if the box was been opened or not. That bit should say it but I can't find an accurate translation for it.

    Tried Google Translate :P I'm guessing it's been opened but I was trying to see what other info that wee bit gives.

    The site is mostly in Japanese with tiny bits of English and I can decipher most of it - but this figure costs 120 euroish so I wanted to be as informed as possible before buying it >_<

    Thanks a million, that's a great help. Not paying 120 euro for an opened figure so :D

    Would I be correct in assuming that these kanji mean unopened: 未開封

    My wife is Japanese, she said doesn't really say it is opened but the box is damaged. Hope that helps.　開封　済み　She said that this should mean opened if it has this kanji

    Yeah, 'opened' might not be a completely accurate translation, as that implies deliberate opening by hand. What's clear is that the box is 'unsealed' (possibly due to damage rather than actual opening). Either way, it's not as-new.
