Best phone+broadband package,Blackrock area?

Interested in getting phone and broadband into house.Cant get UPC which is a pity cos they offer best deals.Looking at Vodafone,Imagine wimax.Any other recommendations?I would be an average net user but would like free/cheap calls to USA and Oz.Dont have phone line at house so dont want to have to pay big reconnection or…
