    I don't get the whole "oh those tats/piercings are for girls/guys only" (well except for genital piercings :P) if you want something just get it done! It's your body and your choice so go for whatever makes you happy :)

    Some phoenix designs are very feminine, some are very masculine, it's up to the design you get done. I've a phoenix tattoo myself, and it's quite an aggressive looking one, as opposed to the very flowing, feathery, peaceful ones you often see.
