    Hi,

I am thinking of getting this done in Optical Express in Cork. Just wondering if anyone has had this done there and what your experience was like. I'm particularly interested in people who have had it done a while back, any side effects, etc.

    Thanks

    M

I think this is the one i had done in Optical Express in Dublin, They correct your vision exactly, i did not go for the laser flap.
The procedure is painless and very quick lazer on ure eyes about 7 seconds each. My eyes felt a little gritty afterwards. They will tell you to go home and sleep, to keep your eyes closed. But you will find that all you want to do is keep ure eyes closed they just feel tired and heavy.

I had no side effects at all, make sure you use ure drops when ure told to and you shouldn't have a problem.
I had my eyes done in March of this year and have never looked back, my eyesight is perfect and eyes only need drops once in a while.

    It's fantastic.

I got it done in Belfast, as it's cheaper to get done there than in the Republic. However, if you get your initial checkup done up North, you can then use that price to bring down the price in the Republic.

Check out my posts about it, as I don't wanna just re-hash what I said before:

Best of luck, as you won't regret it.
