bf3 still running off disc

i installed both discs on my 360 and the HD texture pack but the single player game seems to be still running from the disc? has this happened anyone else?

Yeah but only for a couple of minutes then it goes to harddrive, I read somewhere its common on newer games due to some new type of disc format or something!
