Replacing bulb on electric fire???

    Hi all
    I have a built in electric fire Gazco Eletric Riva 67 Avanti Horizontal curve
    I have been trying to get a guy out to have a look at it but he has let me down so many times now id rather see if anyone can help us fix it ourselves........ basically it needs a new bulb, anyone any idea what kind of bulb they take or how i do it????
    any help would be massively appreciated!
