Trad Music in Newbridge

Anyone know of any Trad Session's in Newbridge Town where you can go along and join in. Something similair to the cheoltas ?
If not, i'd be interested in setting something up, even one night a week.

According to thesession.org there's one in Swifts on Wednesday

It doesn't look like there's a branch of Comhaltas anywhere nearby.

Nothing on tradconnect.com but you could always post there as well.

Swifts got back to me. nothing is on wednesday or any nights.
might sign up to that tradconnect and see if i can find any like minded individuals to start something up.

There is a music session in O'Rourkes pub on the main street the 1st Thursday of every month, so that's this Thurs. Usually 10 or so musicians taking part, try it out and see if it suits you

Athgarvan Inn - (about 2 miles out) has great session on Tuesdays.
