Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

I am doing a project in college and doing a PESTLE analysis as part of it

I am somewhat confused... i am reading a report and after it initially refers to the country as "Ireland", it then uses "its...." as the noun... is this correct?

I was had always used the noun "she" when referring to a country, or is this old fashioned now?

"Its" is a possessive pronoun; "she" is a subjective pronoun and is generally only used in literary texts to refer to a country.

Unless you are German of a certain age, in which case it's the 'Fatherland'.
