Beef Short Ribs / Butchers

    Anyone able to recommend some Dublin area butchers other than FX Buckleys who regularly stock short ribs?

    I am routinely disappointed by butchers that seem to have only supermarket-like offerings of meat.

    I got some in nolans in kilcullen. Actually have them marinating as we speak this is what Im doing
