A few days after the fight he changed his "lst time in the octagon" to "take some time off, train and teach"

I just got a quote from BJ on my phone MMA feed there. That he should of taken time off after his first loss to Frankie. He says he needs to take soem time away from the sport and if he ever feels it again he'll be back.
