Limerick -Dooradoyal UPC out again

My BB and phone have been out since 8.30am. Anybody else got the same issues. This must be the 'regular 3 month' breakdown issue. Customer service say Friday before anybody can get there finger out !. Has anybody else got the fault ...:mad:.
