    Hi all,

Just something that's been bothering me the last week or so.

If I leave my computer on for a few hours, then come back the whole system slows down.
Loading web pages, opening control panel, trying to launch any program - they're all affected.

I tried super anti spyware and malwarebytes anti-malware - found nothing.
Also ran windows defender - also nothing.

Restarting it seems to do the trick but if I leave my comp on the problem comes back.

    I'm running Vista(always updated) e8400. 4gb RAM.

Have you run superanti spyware/malwarebytes in safe mode?

Maybe it is overheating, download core-temp and see how hot it is running.
