ANZAC fighters form Kilkenny

Come across an interesting link on another forum that has this really interesting link listing Anzac soldiers from Kilkenny who enlisted in Oz and Nz during WW1. Very common Kilkenny names. http://mappingouranzacs.naa.gov.au/list-birth.aspx?birth=Kilkenny,%20Ireland

Thanks for this link. I found my relatives from Clonmel on it. The documents pretty much provide an account of their military career. Makes me very proud of them.

Both of them survived. They were brothers. One was medically discharged after losing a leg. I had always imagined they fought together but this record shows that that was not the case.
