Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Apparently there were plans to turn this place into a golf club around 2005-6 but came to nothing, but not before the developers took €25k or €50k from some investors for 'advance membership'.
    They also quarried 50 acres of it but there's 220 acres left, all in the one field!

    I think its brilliant that this place will remain as a farm. Good luck to whoever buys it.

    Land was being gobbled up at an appalling rate and not a word about the environment so long as the appropriate levies were paid. Thank God that craic is over

    Too right I was on the verge of getting a loan to buy an apartment off the plans in Dubai, good sense took over thank God and the building is still a hole in the ground I believe
