    Just wondering what's everybodys favourite radio station from any of the GTA games, mine would have to be Ram Jam in The Ballad of Gay Tony :)

    Top 3:

    1: Chatterbox
    2: V-Rock
    3: VCPR

    VCPR I think is pretty underrated. It takes more time to fully listen to each segment, and being GTA, you're not always in the car for too long. But I think it's brilliant.

    Notable mentions to K-DST (pretty much the only station I listened to in San Andreas) and Liberty Rock Radio

    The chat shows are usually pretty off the wall hilarious. For music it's a toss between V-Rock or Radio Los Santos (gangsta rap yo :pac:)

    Libeert Rock Radio, anything with Lazlow and generally the talkshows are pretty good.

    Was that VRock? I loved that station!

    I had to catch myself there last Friday night. I was driving along listening to Friday night 80s on Today FM and had an overwhelming urge to pick up a prostitute, ride her, let her get out of the car, then beat her up and rob her money. :D

    I think it was Flash FM - they had Billie Jean. I used to just drive around aimlessly to listen.

    San Andreas- K Rose.

    Never really listen to country but that presenter was hilarious. Doing about 200 trucking missions just to listen was ridiculous now I think of it.

    Listening to Freebird on K-DST while flying through the desert was cool.

    Gotta be Head Radio!

    but seriously, it's gotta be Wave 103. Never before has a station matched the feel of a game so well.

    Driving down a Sunny Art Deco boulevard with this playing = Bliss

    Seriously hard to choose, I'll have to list them out;

    V-Rock
    Chatterbox
    K-DST
    SF:UR
    Radio-X
    Playback FM
    Radio Espantoso
    Liberty City Hardcore (the DLC version with Max Cavalera as DJ :cool:)
    Flash FM
    Liberty Rock Radio
    Wave 103
    Radio Los Santos
    Journey
    Fusion FM

    Big list but those are literally all my favourites! If I had to pick any three of them I'll go with;

    GTA3 = K-Jah
    Vice = VCPR
    San Andreas = Radio X
    Liberty Stories = MSX 98
    Vice Stories = V-Rock
    IV = Integrity

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,009 ✭✭✭✭wnolan1992

    Emotion in Vice City was the best station ever! Introduced me to all those 80's power ballads...

    San Andreas: WCTR, Radio-X, K-DST, K-Rose, can't choose between them.

    IV: Vladivostok, Electro Choc, Journey, LRR for the Pumpkins 1979. Didn't think Integrity was Lazlow's best work tbh.

    And the post earlier with the GTA1 song has reminded me of some of the great songs in those games too that are probably overlooked. Loved this song back in the day, always loved hopping in a pickup to listen to it. :)

    And finally, the best track from GTA: London.
