Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    This is my bedroom plan.

I just bought the DENON DM38DAB SYSTEM
    WITH WHARFEDALE DIAMOND 9.1

    22495.jpg

Its my first good system . And its bought and on its way.

I was thinking of putting the speakers up high on wall brackets, but i read that speaker placement is the most important part of setting up a good hifi.

I am looking for some placement ideas??

The wardrobe goes to the cealing so that area is out of bounds as the doors need to swing.

    Any thoughts?:)

For best imaging, you want the tweeters of the speakers to be at about the same level as your ears when seated. High up on the wall will still sound ok, but you wont be getting the most you could from the system.

    I got my Denon today.

I cant describe how pleased I am with the sound. I have had old Hi fi s in the past with massive big speakers. But I am truly amazed of modern gear. Its simply far better.

I read the Whafedales with sound better as they get run in

they seem to sound good where ever I put them in the room.

this guy is so good before bed.
