Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Helmets and Shoes

    Bought a road bike in the summer, but due to lack of money have been using it without bike shoes (only have the cleats - got them with the bike) and with my brothers helmet. I think it could be time to splash out!

    Where is the best place to buy both shoes and helmet? Have a budget of around €100 in total, although I'd rather spend less.

    I don't really know anything about it, like what the difference between the €17 helmet in argos and a more expensive one is going to be to someone like me. Same with the shoes, haven't a clue really!

    Any advice?

    Tried a search of the forum, but a lot of it's years old so wasn't sure what the story was.
