Ah here, only about a quarter of Irelands counties are getting put forward here. Every county must have something...

Carlow: eehhh... I was in a decent pub there once.

Fermanagh: well they're known for their um, their fermanagh-esque qualities.

Leitrim: Even they got their first traffic lights about five years ago. Well on the road to being a first world county!

Clare: Didn't they have a good hurling team in the '90s?

...Ah here, that's enough. I'm obviously not the man for the job :D

Seriously man, no need for that.

    I'm gonna say;

    Liam McHale
    Mary Robinson
    Michael Davitt
    Ciaran McDonald
    Darren Fletcher
    Admiral William Brown
    The Viper
    An Taoiseach Enda
    Eddie Durcan
    Kevin Kilbane
    Connor Mortimer
    Buzz

Ah I'm having a larf, I lovd Mayo
When you said the Viper I was thinking the criminal first...

Mayo kicks ass and Achill is the nicest part of this country. And some spectacular people who historically were looked on as the poorest and thickest (sweeping statements are dumb in any sense) but I think this has led to the mayo sensibility of "I don't really care what you might think, I'll say.do it anyway" which leads us to punch above our weight and be all round fantastic people

If Mayo bet Kerry this year there would have been nothing stopping us seceeding

Funny you say that. Was talking to a mate a couple of days ago. He said "I saw the Viper around Castlebar today".
Being naive I said, "sure what was doing filming on a Thursday" Turns out he was on about the real Viper who I know for a fact runs a debt collection service - no time for that either.

But if only we did the business against Kerry? Kerry deserved it, were the better team. But i'm going to be bold and say it will be our year very soon. Maigh Eo abu :)

    Promiscuous girls from Tipp

There was a reason they put Riding in the offical name

And then split the county in two, even more riding to go around

I was taking the piss with that list. John MacBride deserves to be at the top along with Davitt. A truly great Mayo man.

Edit. + P.W Nally like the above, he deserves to be up there.

Half the county is under water and the other half is full of Protestants

Some GAA commentator said that, might have been Marty Morrisey
Sounds like the sort of thing he would say

Dear boy, we gave you glass and rashers. Be thankful.

And regardless of where the rebellion took place, the tricolour was first flown in Waterford.

Well technically it is still there in the name of the county:P
